Summer Shao is the Instructional Coach and Head of the English Department at the Zhengzhou Campus. An experienced IELTS instructor, she holds a master’s degree in TESOL from the University of Hong Kong and a Cambridge CELTA certificate.
She brings forward-looking educational principles and research-based teaching methods to the classroom, helping students learn English through collaboration and practical application. She hopes students will see English as a tool for communicating with people from different cultural backgrounds and will continue building their language skills throughout high school to prepare for further study abroad.
Ms. Shao believes in the power of lifelong learning. She is committed to leading the English teaching team in pursuing excellence, setting an example, and preparing alongside students for the possibilities ahead.
