When Pi Meets Passion: Pi Day Across Our Campuses

March 14th is a day celebrated by math lovers around the world — Pi Day. This year, students and teachers across all our campuses found their own unique ways to turn the magic of mathematics into unforgettable experiences.
From nail-biting math competitions to cream-pie-splattered laughs, from dry ice science experiments to hands-on math game booths — join us as we take a tour of how each campus brought Pi Day to life!
CAMPUS 01
Cixi Campus
Math Games
Cixi Campus put a special twist on Pi Day — the entire event was planned and run by the students themselves, a true showcase of creativity and initiative. The lineup featured a variety of fun math games, with the math card game emerging as the crowd favourite. Students gathered around, cards in hand, engaging in a battle of wits that was equal parts mathematical challenge and strategic delight.

After round after round of fierce competition, one student rose above all challengers to claim the ultimate honour of this year’s Pi Day —
🏆
The King of Pi
This student-led Pi Day breathed fresh energy into math games and gave everyone involved a deep sense of accomplishment — both as organizers and competitors. The crown of Pi belongs to all who dare to play.

CAMPUS 02
Pinghu Campus
Math Competition
The star event at Pinghu Campus was an exciting math competition, with boys and girls each forming a team to go head-to-head in a battle of knowledge and quick thinking.

The competition unfolded across four rounds: the first three were fast-paced buzzer rounds that tested quick thinking and sharp recall, with both teams neck and neck throughout. The fourth round escalated to full-length math problems, pushing every competitor to their limit. After four thrilling rounds, the result was in —
The girls’ team claimed a triumphant victory!
The competition showcased the students’ solid mathematical foundations, and reminded everyone that math can be just as thrilling as any sport. Cheers to all who competed!

CAMPUS 03
Jiangxi Campus
Charity
Pi Day at Jiangxi Campus was filled with laughter — and a whole lot of heart.

Students eagerly bought cream pies and lined up to launch them at their foreign teachers — the air filled with laughter, shrieks, and flying whipped cream, creating some of the most joyful scenes of the day.

All funds raised during the event were donated in full to a charitable organization, turning the joy of Pi Day into real, tangible support for those in need.A heartfelt thank you to every brave foreign teacher who took a pie in the face — your spirit and generosity made this event truly special. The heart of mathematics isn’t only in equations; it’s also in kindness like this.

CAMPUS 04
Wuhan Campus
Math Games
Science Exp
At Wuhan Campus, Pi Day was all about one thing: fun. A rich lineup of math games and science mini-experiments gave students the chance to explore and discover in the most enjoyable way possible.

One of the highlights was the crowd-favourite dry ice bubble experiment — students blew bubbles filled with the mystical fog created by dry ice, leaving everyone in awe. Alongside this, a variety of fun math games kept students engaged and learning at every turn. The event closed on the highest note possible: a cream pie toss that sent the entire room into uproarious laughter. Wuhan Campus wove math and science together beautifully, wrapping up a day of joy, wonder, and discovery.

CAMPUS 05
Shenzhen Campus
3-Booth Challenge
Shenzhen Campus put a unique spin on Pi Day with a booth-hopping challenge format! Three specially designed math game stations were set up, each waiting to be conquered by adventurous students.

The event featured three distinctively themed math stations — covering mini-games, open challenges, and fun missions — giving students the freedom to explore at their own pace. Moving between booths, students discovered the elegance of mathematical logic with each challenge they cracked. The open format sparked lively interaction and self-directed curiosity, and the thrill of conquering each station turned out to be the best reward of all.

Thank you to every student, teacher, and staff member who made this day possible. Happy Pi Day — see you next year!
